Raiden needs Archon (Mythical, 0.25% roll: +20% sword damage, +10% crit damage, +5% Raiden damage, +5% overall).

Open with a Shrine Key — 1% from Snow Bandits (Lv.600) on Frostborn Island, or 5 Tower Shards at the Tower Shop (the better route once you run Tower daily). Drop table: Celestial Steel 35%, Tear of Eternity 5%, Shard of Calamity 5%, Puppet Core 2%, Electro Vision 1%, God of Eternity title 3%.

Raiden’s R is a mode change. The chain is late-game: deal 3.5B damage with Solemn Lament, be Archon, deal 750M with Raiden, clear Plane of Euthymia 10 times (Hard/Extreme).

Patch Status

Big winner of the Solemn Lament patch — katana-form V +100%, R +60%. Currently A-tier (tier list); the Electro Vision at 1% is the material wall.
