Armor Scrap comes from the Glamoth Planet Dungeon (per the official Trello’s Saber Alter & Firefly update notes). The dungeon key costs 500 Bytes at the Byte Shop, so the farm chain is: Simulated Sea → Bytes → Glamoth Key → Armor Scrap.

The Firefly melee NPC (Monument Isle) wants x250 Armor Scrap in its unlock bundle — alongside the Glamoth race, x1 Molten Core, x3 Shaper, x6 Firefly’s Will, x9 Ignition Valve and 27.5M Coins / 30K Gems. If Firefly is your target, Armor Scrap is the grindiest line item; the cheap Reroll trades are only worth it after that bundle is funded.
